- We are not responsible for Wrong ecurrency account information provided by the Buyer or Seller. Please be careful at the time of submission of data.
- Processing of Order forms will take 30 minutes to 48 hours.
- Order Forms Generated by the Buyer/Seller but not deposited/not transferred USD to our Account within 48 hours treated as Trash Forms it will be deleted from our records.

- Transfer Fee extra for Both Order Forms (as per Type of Account) .
- When you submit your Buy-Order form, you will get a reply main from our official mail ID: support@myexchanger.in with regard to how much cash to be deposited and in which bank account.
- When you submit a Sell Order, you will get a reply from our official mail ID: support@myexchanger.in informing you our E-currency Account number and the amount to be deposited/transferred to your Bank Account.
- We accept All Nationalized Banks for your Payments.
- USD rates will be changed daily. Rates are Non-negotiable.
- Minimum Buy or Sell Order is $100 or ₹5000 & Maximum Buy or Sell Order is $2000 or ₹150000
- We accept a Buy or Sell Transaction of Maximum $2000 or ₹150000 per one e-wallet account in 24 hours.
- When the transfer of dollars done is below the Sell order placed, payment will be done as per the rate slab only (not based on Sell order placed.) and we will charge $1 for 100 USD (Ex: Sell Order Placed 350 USD but send 250 USD we will charged 3.50$ as charges.)
- PAN (Permanent Account Number) is required when Transaction is above INR 20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand ). You shall submit SCAN Copy of your PAN Card to our Email ID: kyc@myexchanger.in (Only)
- Direct Cash Transactions can’t be accepted.
- Mention your Bank Account Details in Buy Order Forms. In any case, if your Order is not complied within 48 hours, we will refund the amount to the Bank Account mentioned in your Buy Order Form.
- To Confirm your Buy Order, please sent the Deposit / Transferred Amount Scan Copy to vipexchanger24@gmail.com and mention Your Name on it. (Name as per fill in the Buy Order Form)
- We have every right to change our Terms and Condition any time without prior notice to anyone.
- Code-protected transfers are not accepted.
- For First Transaction with us. You must provide any one of the scanned copy as Identity and Address Proof (Name and Address must be matched with Order Forms)
